Somalia:Al-shabab attacked Puntland military base

MOGADISHU-Danan –FM-Heavily armed Al-shabab fighters, the Al-qaida linked group raided a military base in Somalia’s semiautonomous state of Puntland.
The attack hit a military camp manned by Punland Darwesh forces at Af-urur village which situates at least 100 KM away from West town of Bosaso.
The war started with explosions and gun battle after Al-shabab militants have attacked the military camp.
Over 60 Punland Darwesh forces said to be killed in the battle and more over wounded.
The military spokesman of Al-Qaida linked group of Al-shabab ,Abu Musab said Al-shabab forces captured the camp and seized the military weopons and its vehicles.
Al-shabab claimed to have killed nearly 70 Punland forces.
